Localisation francophone pour installation depuis le git original ?

Bonjour,
je viens d'installer depuis le github original en anglais, du coup pour la langue d'utilisation je n'ai le choix qu'entre anglais, catalan et castillan. En cherchant une localisation française j'ai trouvé le dépôt git d'OpenSourcePolitics, mais comme la version francophone est un fork de l'original il faudrait que je réinstalle... Ou y aurait-il un moyen de passer plus simplement de la version originale à la version francophone ?

Dans votre fichier de configuration yml vous devez rajouter le français manuellement. Une fois cela fait le français devrait apparaître comme option au moment de créer votre organisation, le français étant également présent sur la master.

Désolé, mais en fait j'ai du mal à m'y retrouver : pourriez-vous me dire plus précisément de quel fichier de configuration il s'agit, svp ? Je ne trouve rien où ajouter le français...
